To ensure similar levels of experience among Guests, thus maximising the learning potential for all Guests and Hosts, discussions with Guests are required before confirming a position on any particular Tour.

The vast majority of Guests will be accommodated, and the discussions are intended to ensure the establishment of appropriate peer groups rather than any selection process.

Full refunds will be applied to any Guest not accepted to a tour.
